Top 5 First Person Games on iOS in Nigeria, Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the iOS platform in Nigeria saw some interesting trends among the top five first-person shooter (FPS) games. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these games in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Call of Duty®: Mobile had a notable quarter with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $5.7K by the end of June. Downloads showed a significant increase, reaching 12.6K in the same period. Active users also saw an upward trend, rising from about 248K to nearly 290K by the quarter's end.

Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile experienced a gradual decline in both downloads and active users. Downloads fell from 895 to just 48, while active users decreased from 5.8K to 4.4K over the quarter. Revenue also diminished, dropping to negligible levels by mid-May.

Blood Strike - FPS for all showed a steady pattern in downloads, maintaining around 1.3K by the end of June. Revenue peaked at $171 in mid-April but fluctuated throughout the quarter. Active users increased from around 16.5K to over 21K, indicating growing engagement.

Delta Force saw a dramatic start with downloads at 75K in its release week, but this quickly tapered off to just above 1.3K by the end of June. Revenue and active users followed a similar trend, with active users starting at 68.8K and dropping to about 12.7K.

Finally, Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! remained relatively stable in terms of active users, hovering around 640 throughout the quarter. Revenue was minimal, with no significant peaks or trends.
